About the Club and Membership

LOUNGEVITA is a curated club for shared experiences, set primarily against the backdrop of the city of Lisbon. Instead of a fixed venue, we carefully select the ideal location for each activity — from auditoriums and cultural venues to gardens or partners’ spaces. This model allows us to offer exclusivity and the perfect setting for each theme, ensuring that the experience is always fresh and stimulating. Our permanent meeting point is our digital platform and our community’s WhatsApp group.

Important note: LOUNGEVITA Club does not provide medical, sports or therapeutic services. Our aim is to foster a community of people interested in living longer, healthier lives, based on sharing knowledge about healthy living and building meaningful relationships.

There is no minimum or maximum age limit. The LOUNGEVITA Club is aimed at people in the ‘second half of life’ who identify with our core values: Longevity, Health, Wellbeing and Culture. If you’re looking to live a full, active life whilst constantly learning, surrounded by like-minded people, this is the place for you.

Subscriptions and Pricing

Both offer access to our community, content curation and monthly meetups. The Voyager plan is designed for those who want to participate more frequently in our events, benefiting from a 30% discount on all paid events (compared to the Explorer member rate). At the end of each subscription period, members can change their chosen plan for the following period.

Yes. At LOUNGEVITA Club, we value your freedom and flexibility. You can request to cancel your subscription via your member area at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for (monthly or half-yearly), ensuring that you will not be charged for the following billing cycle. Until then, you can continue to enjoy all the club’s benefits.

Events

We have two types of activities for members:

  1. Included: Welcome Circle (welcome event), monthly meetups/social gatherings, and webinars.
  2. Paid: Experiential workshops, premium talks/lectures with experts, or exclusive cultural visits. Explorer members always benefit from a preferential rate, whilst Voyager members enjoy an additional 30% discount on top of this.

Yes, it is possible to get to know the LOUNGEVITA Club before becoming a member. We have created the Non-Member category for those who wish to experience our atmosphere and community. You can attend up to three in-person events, by invitation. These invitations can be issued by a current member or requested directly from our team via the ‘Membership’ menu on our website. For these events, the Non-Member Price List applies, which is higher than the rate charged to active members

Yes, we encourage you to share the LOUNGEVITA experience. Guest access works in two ways:

  1. ‘Member Price’ vouchers: As an exclusive benefit, our members can offer the membership fee to guests via quarterly vouchers:
  • Explorer members: 1 voucher per quarter.
  • Voyager members: 2 vouchers per quarter.
  1. Trialists: In addition to vouchers, you are always welcome to bring guests (non-members) at the ‘Non-Member Guest’ rate. To maintain the exclusivity of the group, each guest may attend a maximum of three events under this scheme. After the third session, we invite you to become a member so that you can continue to attend the Club.

Note: Some specific events may be reserved exclusively for members.

The LOUNGEVITA Club offers a vibrant and varied programme, with around 6 to 8 events per month. This schedule has been designed to allow you to choose your own journey and the path that best suits your interests and availability, covering the areas of Health, Wellbeing and Culture, as well as social events.

  • Exclusive Channels for Members: Via our members’ platform and our WhatsApp group, where you’ll receive real-time reminders, extra content and links to priority registration.

This way, you’ll always have the freedom to choose the experiences that speak to you most, whilst staying connected to the community.

Absolutely. At LOUNGEVITA Club, the journey is yours. Whilst we believe that true longevity stems from a balance between body, mind and social connections, each member is free to take part only in the activities that most pique their curiosity. You can choose to deepen your scientific knowledge in the Health pillar, focus on inner balance in Wellbeing, or prioritise social interaction through Culture. Your membership gives you full access; how you use it is entirely up to you.

Bilingual Dynamics

We are a global community. We promote integration between Portuguese people and foreigners, and the use of Portuguese and English.

  • If an event has only Portuguese-speaking participants, the session will be conducted in Portuguese, even if the supporting materials have been prepared in English to enable everyone to participate.
  • In mixed-language groups, the content will be presented in English, but with support and facilitation in Portuguese where necessary, ensuring that everyone feels included and at ease.
  • There may be some events where the nature of the event does not allow for a bilingual format; this will be clearly stated in the event details.

Partnerships and Benefits

It’s very simple: just log in to your Member Area on the platform, select the partner you want, and activate your exclusive voucher. You’ll need to present this voucher (either digital or printed) when booking or paying at the partner’s premises.

Ambassador Status in the LoungeVita Club

Ambassador status is a special recognition awarded to members (Explorer or Voyager) who wish to play an active role in the growth and development of our community. Being an Ambassador means acting as a ‘connector’ between people and interests.

  • What an Ambassador does: Organises social gatherings (e.g. walking groups, book clubs or themed dinners), welcomes new members at official events and helps promote the club’s values of longevity and vitality.
  • How to obtain it: This status is not a subscription plan that you purchase, but rather a distinction based on your commitment. You can apply for it or be invited by the LOUNGEVITA team if you are an active member of the community.
  • Benefits: Ambassadors enjoy greater visibility on the platform, access to co-creation meetings with the founder and the curatorial team (Health, Wellbeing and Culture), and free or discounted subscriptions and specific events, in recognition of their contribution to the club’s ecosystem.
